To contact the Technology Department please submit a ticket using one of the three options below

Option 2: Use Our Online Ticketing System
Navigate to http://plymouthpublicschools.freshdesk.com
At the top of the page click "Submit a Ticket"
Choose a "department" to submit your ticket to (if applicable).
Unless there is a department with your specific issue such as a PowerSchool issues select the building you either work in or attend if applicable.
You will then be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, subject and a description of the problem.

PLEASE NOTE: Whether sending an e-mail to support directly or using our helpdesks online ticketing system please include your name, e-mail address, school building and room number. This is necessary so that way we can find you, or the location of the issue, in a timely manner. Please always email support and not one technician; this ensures your request is converted into a ticket in our online system and all support staff receive a notification.
